Bayfront 2-Bedroom Condo (updated) - Unit 311

An unpleasant stay Positive: The property itself was a good location but still needs work from the hurricane! Negative: Very old and dirty! We didn’t want to sit on the couches or chairs and the beds were terrible! I did speak to the owner and she is in the process of remodeling but I wouldn’t have rented this unit out until it was ready! The tiles on the floors were all cracked and the apartment wasn’t stocked with anything except salt and pepper! The whole house smelled musty and the carpets in the room were disgusting! All of the lamps (from 1970) were unplugged and we were uneasy to even plug them in but the lighting was terrible so we had to! It was raining and there weren’t any rugs on the slick tile floors also so we had to put towels down by all the doors.

Positive: Location Staff was very good at addressing power outage when semi took out 3 transformers and internet was in and out and whatever else. Plenty of parking Well supplied with cooking utensil’s Comfortable furniture. Nice covered porch Plenty of chairs Negative: Some brush on water front could be lowered on

Positive: Place was clean staff was amazing! Hoping to stay here again next year. We were only able to stay a couple days this year due to schedules but I plan on staying a lot longer. Negative: I have no complaints
