Bayfront 2-Bedroom Condo (updated) - Unit 313

Positive: Everything! It was perfect for our family! We love to fish! The approximation of the bay with the dock is perfect and just a short walk, less than 50 yards from the apartment. We had an amazing view of the bay and dock. With the two sliding glass doors, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom gave us a wonderful view of the bay with the dock. So when you dock your boat it will be clearly visible from the apartment, which gives me peace of mind. Not forgetting the amazing view and a short walk to the beach, about 100 yards. We met one of the owners and he is such a nice man wanting to make sure we know when all about the new updates that are coming; SO exciting! The apartment had all the accommodations we needed. The beds were very comfortable, in fact so much so I need to find out the brand so we can level up at home. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. Overall the entire apartment was spotless when we arrived! The AC worked perfectly and we were very comfortable! The laundry room was amazing and it was nice to be able to take home clean laundry!!!! I just can't say enough good things about Chadwick!!! I have been coming to vacation in Englewood since 1968 as a child. I have seen many changes and we have stayed in many different apartments on the key. Sadly many have been bought out by individuals and the apartments we always stayed at have become "NON-FAMILY" friendly if you have more than 4 family members. BUT, thank God we have finally found our new family friendly vacation spot!!! THANK YOU Chadwick Cove, may you always keep it family friendly!!! Negative: Nothing!
