3-Bedroom Bayfront Condo (old) - Unit 323

Bad stay Positive: Great location Negative: The condo was not as represented in the pictures. It was run down, dirty, and smelled musty. This should never had been rented as a "luxury" condo!!

Stary apartament w ciekawym miejscu Positive: Lokalizacja i resztki uroku starego apartamentu. Negative: Unit 323 jest w starym budynku. Odmalowany, choć w łazience chyba tylko częściowo, ale mocno wysłużony. W kilku lampkach spalone żarówki, jeden pokój w efekcie zupełnie ciemny, musiliśmy wymienić na żarówkę z innego pokoju. Wentylator i oświetlenie w głównym pomieszczeniu nie działały. Obok balkonu sekcja kilku dużych klimatyzatorów sąsiedniego budynku, dość głośnych. Powinno być wyraźnie zaznaczone że wynajem dotyczy starego budynku.

Awfull experience, room does NOT resemble pictures on booking.com Positive: The location manager that eventually came was very helpful and friendly Negative: We booked for 4 adults and 4 children. Upon arrival we found that the foldable couch-bed was not prepared. We searched the house and did not find any sheets for it. We called the manager, but got no response. Only after mailing that we would seek another location and file a complaint we got an answer that a manager would come to the location after 1 hour, resulting in a very late sleep for our children. Next to that, the property is very poorly maintained and does not resemble the pictures on booking.com. Our booking showed an adres from a modern building. We actually were put in a different building further down the road. Everything was old and moldy. A lamp hung loose from the ceiling, walls were damaged, a doorframe hung askew, the kitchen was old and in the living room there were electric wires sticking from the wall. Overall a very bad experience.
