Bayfront 2-Bedroom Condo (old) - Unit 321

Bait and Switched-Duped No response from Owner Positive: Location to beach and restaurants was great. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Very old unit. Smelled terrible not as advertised in pictures. Other than location to beach and restaurants nothing good to say here Negative: This seemed like a bait and switch. Pictures are not accurate. Partial ocean view? Tried to contact owner multiple times with no response. Walked into musty condo and dead cockroach on the floor. Parking was filled with construction debris. Kitchen and items to use were dirty and outdated. All the furniture was outdated, bathroom fixtures terrible, $100 per day cleaning fee??? for what?

1000 recommend Positive: the owner and manager was very good and responding back usually within minutes. Very helpful with taking care of any questions we had. Negative: 1 light was out outside at the steps made it hard to see going out at night

Wonderful place to stay for the value. Positive: The room was perfectly located with only a 5 min walk to the beach and 2 nice bars with live music daily and wonderful food. Negative: The property was plenty dated for my liking. It could use fresh paint, carpets shampooed and kitchen cleaned better.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub Positive: Der Kontakt mit Jim und dessen Hilfsbereitschaft war hervorragend. Die Wege zum Strand, TikiBar, Geschäften, Marina…sind extrem kurz. Der Blick auf die Lemon Bay ist einmalig. Negative: -
