Bayfront 1-Bedroom Condo (updated) - Unit 3

Walkable to everything, very clean, and awesome views. Just be aware that you can hear everything! Positive: The location was perfect! Walkable to everything. The view was very pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the extra tide pods so that we could do laundry. Negative: A lot of the bathroom/shower items were rusted. The shelves in the shower, the curtain hooks, things like those that could have been a cheap fix. I had also saw where someone had commented that the walls were soundproof. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us. There were teenagers below us who were having loud parties until 2 and 3 am. We choose to come to Englewood for the privacy and quite and it was really frustrating to feel like we were in PCB and unable to sleep due to the music, yelling, and smell of weed.

Tolle Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche mit allem, was man braucht in unmittelbarer Strandnähe (nur über die Straße)! Positive: Eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Negative: Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Perfect location in a new, clean space! Positive: Perfect location directly across from the beach. Several restaurants in 2-5 min walking distance including a super convenient convenience store! Whole unit felt brand new and high end. Simple, clean decor. Easy to walk right up exterior protected stairs to keypad entry. No muss, no fuss. Beach chairs included. We would 100% stay again!
